a) Acceptance
By entering this prize draw you accept these terms and conditions in full. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified.
b) Eligibility
The prize draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees and agents of the Promoter, their immediate families and households, and anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration.
Entrants must have an Instagram account that is public, or otherwise set so that the Promoter can view the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries it cannot see.
Entrants must comply with Instagram’s own Terms of Use.
c) Prize draw period
The prize draw opens at 10:30 on Monday 24 August 2026 and closes at 17:00 on Thursday 27 August 2026 (“the Closing Date”). All times are UK time.
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted. The Promoter’s computer clock is the definitive time.
d) How to enter
To enter, entrants must, before the Closing Date:
follow @freedfromcompany on Instagram; like the prize draw post; tag a friend who likes non-alcoholic drinks in the comments of the prize draw post; and include the hashtag #TRADELAUNCH in the same comment.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary and no purchase will increase an entrant’s chance of winning. Entrants are responsible for their own internet or data costs, which are charged at their normal rate.
One entry per person. Where multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first will be counted and the remainder will be disqualified.
Entries made through automated systems, bulk entries, entries submitted by third parties or competition agencies, and entries from duplicate or fake accounts will be disqualified.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received for any reason.
e) Entry content
Entries must not be offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, unlawful, or infringe the rights of any third party.
The Promoter may remove or disqualify any entry it reasonably considers unsuitable.
f) The prizes
Each winner will receive one case of Norah’s Valley non-alcoholic wine (6 bottles, 750ml), approximate retail value £55.
There are ten (10) prizes available and ten (10) winners.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
The prize includes delivery to a single UK mainland address. Any cost not expressly included is the winner’s responsibility.
Winners are responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize and should seek independent advice if unsure.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
g) Selecting the winners
All valid entries received before the Closing Date will be entered into the draw.
Ten (10) winners will be drawn at random on Friday 28 August 2026 from all valid entries, using a computerised random selection process, under the independent supervision of Louise Harwood.
Winners will be drawn one at a time and each entry, once drawn, will be removed from the draw. No entrant may win more than one prize.
If fewer than ten valid entries are received, only that number of prizes will be awarded and the remaining prizes will not be awarded.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
h) Notifying the winners
Each winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 5 days of the draw.
Winners must respond and provide the delivery details needed to send the prize within 14 days of being notified.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that prize and draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact a winner before doing so.
Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of the Closing Date.
i) Winner announcement
The surname and county of each winner, and a copy of these terms, will be available for six weeks after the Closing Date by writing to the Promoter at 34 Kensington Park Road, London W11 3BU or emailing caroline@freedfrom.com.
Entrants may request that their surname and county are not published. In that case the Promoter will provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may publish their Instagram handle and first name on its social media channels and website.
j) Intellectual property
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce their entry for the purposes of administering and promoting the prize draw. Entrants confirm the entry is their own original work and that they own or control all rights in it.
k) Data protection
The Promoter is the data controller for personal data supplied by entrants.
Personal data will be processed on the basis of the Promoter’s legitimate interests in administering the prize draw and awarding prizes, and will be used only for those purposes unless the entrant has separately consented to other use, such as receiving marketing.
Entering the prize draw does not require an entrant to sign up for marketing, and entrants who do consent may withdraw that consent at any time.
Entrants’ data will be retained for six months after the Closing Date and then deleted, except where the Promoter is required to retain it by law.
Data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.freedfrom.com/privacy-policy-2/. Entrants have the right to access, correct or erase their data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
l) Instagram
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with the prize draw.
Information provided by entrants is provided to the Promoter, not to Instagram.
m) Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from entering the prize draw or accepting a prize.
Nothing in these terms affects entrants’ statutory rights as consumers.
n) General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw, or these terms, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be posted at https://www.freedfrom.com/terms-conditions/.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these terms or acted fraudulently or in bad faith.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
